Start by signing up with Khamjays Global Logistics to receive your unique address and mailbox number. This address will be used for receiving packages from online stores.
Shop Online from Your Favorite Stores or Book a Shopping Consultation
Once you have your address, shop online from your favorite stores in the US and UK. Alternatively, you can book a shopping consultation with us, and we'll shop in-store on your behalf!
Ship Your Packages to Your Unique Address
Have your items shipped to the unique address provided. The packages will be sent directly to our US warehouse.
Processing & Handling at Our Warehouse
When your package arrives at our US warehouse, it will be processed and scanned within 24 to 48 hours. A processing fee of $150 JMD will apply for each shipment. Shipping to Jamaica Once processed, your package will be shipped to Jamaica. We ship five times a week, ensuring timely and reliable delivery. Stay Updated via Email You will receive email updates on your package status. Once your package is available for pickup in Jamaica, you will be notified.
Collect Your Package
Schedule your deliveries and pick up packages our meet point in Montego Bay. We offer islandwide delivery, so you can also choose to have it delivered to your doorstep. Repeat the Process Continue shopping, sending packages to your unique address, and collecting them as needed.

If your tracking says "Delivered" but there are no updates, it could be that the package hasn't been updated in the system yet, or it may be a postal delivery. We clear such packages on specific days, so please allow some time for updates.

Our warehouse is open from Monday to Friday, between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
